When I got to the desk was told that it had just closed. Looked at my phone 2.01pm, didn't even offer to help. If you're going shut early, at least give a shout for anyone in the queue waiting.

I don't want to be told by some kid that it is now shut despite an official sign saying otherwise. If something changes, you change your information to reflect that. Whilst I appreciate that there is a pandemic at present, that is no excuse for shoddy service.
